Yvonne Lee, Director

Yvonne Lee holds a LLB (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Singapore Bar in 1996. Prior to joining Lion Trust, Yvonne was a tax adviser with Ernst & Young, Singapore from 2000 to 2007. She advised clients on corporate income tax issues arising from company restructurings, corporate mergers and amalgamations and corporate finance transactions. She was also involved in advising on tax issues relating to Real Estate Investment Trusts and other corporate and private trust structures.

Yvonne was also previously with another legal firm Lee & Lee from 1996 to 2000 and before that, she held a short stint as a trust administration officer with HSBC Trustee (Singapore) Limited.

Ashley Ong, Director

Ashley recently joined the Lion Trust as director. With over 13 years experience in the trust industry, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Lion Trust. Ashley was a director with HSBC Trustee prior to joining Lion Trust. During his tenure with HSBC, he acquired valuable knowledge and experience in operations, client services, corporate trust services and business development.

Ashley obtained his first degree majoring in Banking and Finance from Monash University and Masters of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Singapore.
